- Disclosure Scotland's Staff Survey Report. In 2010, Disclosure Scotland participated in the second annual Civil Service-wide staff survey. Across the Civil Service, nearly 500,000 civil servants were given the opportunity to take part and feed back into the organisation. The survey is designed to measure different areas of employee engagement, including leadership, change, professional development and fair treatment at work.
